Our Process

Demonstration

Efficient Care Consultants use client offices to demonstrate the final version of the Efficient Care Model. The demonstration acts as both proof of concept and significant motivator for prospective clients who desire a more efficient and profitable operation.

Consulting

Consultants work closely with providers, administrators, and medical assistants to introduce and perfect the Efficient Care Model. Our Consultants are onsite providing real time training and feedback to aid in the adoption of our highly efficient practice management system.

Education/Training

While our team of Consultants are onsite with clients a second team of highly skilled Efficient Care trainers work to train new recruits and retrain existing medical assistants (MAs) under the Efficient Care Model. Classes take place as needed for our clients onboarding new MAs.
